Yoga & Mantra Day Retreat with Siward Mullens & Kate Hamilton-Hunter
We will have a morning yoga class to live music, an exploration of Mantra and Japa practise, and a session learning different ways to use mantra as a meditation practice.
We will finish the day with a Kirtan. Siward will lead you through a round of ancient Sanskrit chants songs and silences. Inviting you to relax, centre, meditate and delve deeper into stillness.
