We love dogs at Trigonos, however we are afraid we are unable to allow dogs onsite as we need to be mindful of other guests standing who maybe less keen.

We can certainly offer guests a space to park their camper van, however for tent camping we recommend trying local campstie, Talymignedd Isaf.

For all residential guests we provide towels during your stay.

We are blessed to be located within the Eryri/Snowdonia National Park, it offers fantastic views of Snowdonia and the ‘Nantlle ridge’ from our space. The Rhyd Ddu Path is the nearest route from Trigonos, further details of the route can be found here.

Yes, you are able to travel via public transport to Trigonos. We recommend for you to take a look at our Getting Here page to help.

Unfortunately we do not have bikes available for use by guests. Bikes can be hired locally or Beddgelert Bikes

We do not have a dedicated lock-up at the moment. Contact us to discuss what facility we could make available for you.

We can provide a wash and drying service for a small fee. Wet outdoor clothes can be put in our boiler house for drying – please enquire when you are here.

The Cwellyn Arms is the nearest pub which is located in a small village of Rhyd Ddu, about 4 miles away from Trigonos. It also has a restaurant.

As Trigonos is not a hotel, we do not have staff on the premises after 9pm. If you know you will be late please let us know and we will leave you instructions of how to find your room key and information.

We are grateful to have the stunning Llyn Nantlle Uchaf on our doorstep. Swimming and all other activities involving the lake are entirely at your own risk. Trigonos cannot accept any liability for such activities.

A small stock of toiletries, etc. are available to buy should you need them during your stay. We supply Faith in Nature body wash in all rooms.

Trigonos has an excellent reputation and wide experience of catering for vegan, gluten-free and other essential dietary needs. Please make us aware of any dietary requirements, so the chefs can tailor to your needs.

Children are welcome at Trigonos, but it must be the responsibility of their parents or carers at all times. Please be aware of the risks involving vehicles, the lake & streams, especially after heavy rain.

All public areas such as meeting rooms and dining room are on the ground floor are suitable for wheelchair access. Some bedrooms are suitable for people with disabilities. Please get in contact with the team to discuss.

Please note there is no mobile phone signal for most network providers. A great opportunity to switch off and relax in our calm surroundings. However if you wish to connect with the outside world, we do have wi-fi for our guests to use in all of our buildings and bedrooms. But please remember that this is a rural area and ‘superfast’ may be a bit slower than you expect. You are welcome to use our payphone during your stay.

Trigonos is a tranquil space to switch off and relax, to immerse in nature and to star gaze and enjoy the moving pictures of clouds rolling off the mountains. We don’t provide telephones or televisions in bedrooms. You are more than welcome to connect to the wifi in all our bedrooms.

Guests can check into their rooms from 4pm.

Guests can check out of their rooms by 9:30am to allow for the team to prepare for next arrival of guests.
