Transformational Coaching
If you are the kind of person who wants to make a difference, who has an optimistic attitude to humanity rather than one of pessimism, who expects the best, and when disappointed goes in search of a solution, then you may well find yourself attracted to the profession of Coaching. It is in some ways being packaged as a new profession, yet it has been there for as long as there have been teachers wanting the best for their pupils.
Join us in 2025 for a two year EASC accredited training in Transformation Coaching. The course is 10 weekend retreats over 2 years, at the wonderful venue of Trigonos in North Wales.
This course will combine a significant amount of time in face to face contact at the wonderful venue of Trigonos in North Wales, on a bi-monthly basis. In between there will be support and input by phone or online to assist your application of theory to practice and to supervise your work with clients. Another strong element of this particular training is to learn from the expertise of others invited onto the course, as well as from the tutors leading and facilitating.
This coaching course is based on the philosophy of taking situations both personal and organisational to transform them in the direction of fulfilment, creativity and positive change. All people aspiring to come on this course will be invited to bring their expertise from their professional and personal experiences of life and these will be integrated into a number of existing theatrical maps including transactional analysis, gestalt work involving well researched ideas on team roles, and neuro linguistic programming.
In effect this will mean the integration of the participants experience and wisdom can be integrated into existing recognisable frameworks which will enable them to become good coaches not only onto themselves, but also to future clients who will need their professional help. Participants will be provided with a programme of each module including theory, application, skills practice and supervision, any written work will be fully explained on the first module.
