Yoga & Meditation Day Retreat with Kate Hamilton-Hunter
Kate's signature programme of Yoga and Meditation will incorporate Hatha Yoga, Dru Yoga, traditional seated Meditation with Mudras & Breathwork, and the sleep-based meditation, known as Yoga Nidra.
You will be invited to Journal on what comes up in the meditation practices. If the weather is kind to us we will try taking our practice outdoors to move and meditate with just the sounds of nature to soothe and stimulate the senses.
My intention with the Day Retreat is that you have at least one practice that you can take home and weave into your daily life.
