Escape the hustle and bustle, and step back from daily life to breathe more deeply, enjoy silence as well as some purposeful conversations. Enhance a sense of well-being, gain clarity and focus. Trigonos provides the perfect space for you to rejuvenate with tranquil surroundings and nourishing food.

Join Ros Tennyson, experienced trainer and facilitator, for an open retreat where a flexible programme is co-created by the group. Open to anyone who is looking for some quiet but purposeful time in beautiful surroundings as part of a small group.

Retreat Highlights:

  • Self Reflection Activities: Guided nature walks, journaling and creative exercises to explore your inner landscape.

What to Expect:

Deepen your Connection with Your Self: Enhance your self-understanding through personal reflective activities such as journaling, mapping.

Disconnect from daily life: Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life to truly unwind in a beautiful setting. A space to be.

Enhance your sense of well-being: An opportunity to pause, breathe deeply and gain clarity and focus.

Deep meaningful discussions: A safe space to share stories and experiences.

Tuning into nature: An opportunity to connect and explore nature and the senses, in a tranquil setting.

A space to create: A place to express through writing, drawing, and painting, reading and listening to music.

An opportunity to reflect and refresh in your own way and at your own pace. Completely non-denominational, the retreat is designed for you to make it your own whether your focus is on physical and mental health; relationship to the natural world; reflecting on your life’s journey or simply taking an opportunity to let go and see what happens.

One of the things I liked about what you offer is that it is more accessible and less intimidating than a retreat. There are already so many different retreats on offer around the country, but I have never come across anything quite like Space to Be before.

An Insight to the Day…

Each day starts with a meeting where the group agrees a plan for what they would like to do together and what they would like to do alone. The day will end with a gathering to share reflections. Facilitation will be ‘light-touch’ and all activities are entirely optional.

8am Breakfast together

1pm Lunch together

4pm Afternoon tea together

7pm Dinner together

Thank-you so much for a really wonderful time on Space to Be. I found it incredibly nourishing in many, many different ways – the food, the company, the silence, the lake, the beauty of the surrounding nature, the flower garden, Trigonos itself, the poetry, music, creativity, connection, space, meditation, silence etc.
