31 May – 2 June 2024
This restorative retreat will leave you feeling rested, released and recharged after having disconnected from your everyday life. You will support your wellbeing by experiencing the amazing benefits of nature of quietening the mind.
Amanda will show you how connect with the natural world and become present. You will leave at peace and with a better understanding of yourself. You will gain a greater awareness of your own wellbeing needs and how to maintain these once home.
The retreat is open to anyone curious to slow down to nature’s pace, disconnect from the modern world and come into balance.
“The experience left me with a whole feeling that I haven’t had for years. A feeling that things are just as they should be. In that way there was something transformative and transcendental for me.”
You are nature. It is where you were created to exist, it’s where you thrive with the most ease, and it’s only in very recent times that this link has been forgotten. This weekend guides you on a journey of remembering, learning and reestablishing your natural way of being.

Amanda is passionate about sharing the benefits that come from being connected to nature and how these support self-connection, wellbeing and balance in the complexities of modern life.
Her home is a cottage in the Macclesfield hills where she walks the land and loves any excuse to stumble into a cafe for a cuppa and cake!
Amanda’s personal journey reconnecting with nature led her to transform her life. In 2019 she reached a fork in the road, stuck in a cycle of feeling disconnected from herself and with the stresses of a demanding career in fashion. With it all taking a toll on her wellbeing she made a decision to change her life; making a commitment to Mother Nature she stepped into the forest to uncover her true path. One step that’s seen her reconnect with herself, find her passions and create a life, and business, that she really loves.
Amanda works with organisations such as National Trust and Cheshire Wildlife Trust along with corporate and private group as well as offering 1-2-1 transformative support.
